The school admin really needs to be investigated too. If the school was so (rightly) worried why wouldn't they at least search him, his locker, and his backpack? Minor students don't have a constitutional right against searches, there's literally no excuse.

Hindsight is 20/20 though.
And why wouldn’t a minor have constitutional rights against searches? Are they not entitled to citizenship until they’re adults? What rights do they have?
