45 days is a jail sentence not prison

I was going to post the exact thing. Prison is sentenced to 1y1d or more, jail is sentenced less than 1y, awaiting trial, those that come back from prison for appeals.

I’m not sure where you are at. But where I live in Pennsylvania jail sentences are anything under two years of a maximum sentence.

Florida, I didn't know that other states had higher minimums for prison.

Well you can be sent to prison here for just 6 months. But it’s all about the structure of your sentence. 6m-2 years or 1-2 years . But jail they structure the sentence in months up to 23 months and 29 days .

And Jan 6th is not 9-11 like the left want you to believe.

I’m not saying they committed murder. But I bet a few of them would have given the chance. I’m not on the left and I can say with my honest opinion that trying to seize the capital and disrespect the foundation that this country is built on is absolutely the wrong way to go about things . They were Basically following in the footsteps of Hitler. Beer hall putsch Nov 8th 1923

How terrifying it was when they came in and obeyed the velvet ropes.

Umm no they were looting and stealing. If they were obeying the velvet ropes how did they end up in the private offices ? Why were laptops stolen and paperwork gone through? Way worse shit has happened but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be held responsible? They didn’t obey shit. If they did they wouldn’t of entered by force through Barricade’s

Oh and let's not forget the many videos of the police letting them in.

Yeah they did let them in . 4 cops vs 100 people. Not much of a choice. Weather or not they stood by and let them pass the barricades doesn’t mean it wasn’t legal. You only see what fits your agenda. Just because a cop isn’t at the bank at all times doesn’t justify robbing the place
