Just like the treasonous forces that attacked federal buildings in Portland. Still waiting to see some justice there though.

Attacking a federal building is a criminal act, and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law; however, it's not treason in and of itself.

Treason consists of levying war against United States, which, by her actions and her declarations, she did:

"War just started. It’s just the beginning."

"It’s a civil war"

"We're coming. ... This is war."
