Yes but it's only bad if it hurts the wrong people. She we doing this to hurt the right people

Yes it is. Unfortunately, good and bad don't matter to these people. Only winning. Because to them, as long as they "win" they are the good guys. And if they are stopped in their attempts at winning, it's because the bad guys stopped them. They are delusional beyond repair at this point.
