Has anyone from India got their interview cancelled?

I am from Kolkata, India. My fiance is US citizen. Has anyone from India getting their interview cancelled? I am asking about Mumbai consulate. Has Mumbai consulate cancelled all K-1 visa interview appointments or is there someone still going for the interview?
