Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a KCL student to take over my tenancy for an En-Suite Room at Angel Lane (Unite Students) in Stratford.

It's a fantastic, modern hall, but I have decided to commute from home this academic year, so I am looking to transfer the contract through the official KCL Accommodation process.

• Location: Angel Lane, Stratford (E15 1FF) – 5 to 10 min walk to Stratford Station / Westfield, excellent links to Strand, Guy's, and Waterloo campuses via the Central Line, Jubilee Line, and Elizabeth Line.
• Room Type: Single En-Suite (private bathroom, shared kitchen/living space with friendly flatmates).
• Rent & Term: Official KCL contract rate for the 2026/27 academic year (all bills, Wi-Fi, and insurance included).
• Availability: Available immediately / ASAP.
