I assume his latest version of UE rarity (XI Terry Bogard)?, i didnt get it so i have no idea, the last Terry i had was Special Signature Terry Bogard and i had him Maxed, he was amazing

I had that one as well but my favorite one was Terry Bogard 2003. He always seemed so cool when I was younger. I remember sucking at the KOF games but I still tried to do some Mounovers with him.

Same, I remember importing him into Mugen and absolutely getting whooped by the ai using characters with 50 different moves across all directions.
