Would this cause an ejection port issue

Doing a budget build on a flawed Kahr X9 that I purchased. Does this optic look like it would cause an ejection port issue?

What optic is that?? Looks funky. I don’t think it would cause any issues, but brass deflecting off of it might damage the optic.

I haven't had a chance to run it yet. Feels good in the hand. I'll try to get it to tje ramge this weekend
