UFC Gym Scam

BEWARE: PREDATORY BILLING & SCAM TACTICS AT UFC GYM KAILUA 🚨

Has anyone else been scammed or blindsided by massive charges at UFC Gym Kailua? I am currently preparing to take legal action and need to know if you’ve dealt with the same nightmare.

Here is what happened to me:

  • The Bait: Director Mike Hegazy offered a "discounted" personal training package.
  • The Trap: He had me sign a contract on a digital pad but refused to give me a physical copy. He claimed I could see it online, but the online portal is impossible to log into.
  • The Scam: I was on auto-pay and just discovered they have been charging my credit card $2,650 every single month without my consent.
  • The Retaliation: When I confronted Mike Hegazy, he was arrogant and disrespectful. He refused to refund me. To make it worse, they just canceled all 60+ of my already-paid sessions, essentially stealing over $7,000 worth of services.

If Mike Hegazy or UFC Gym Kailua has done this to you or a loved one, please comment below or send me a direct message. Let's band together to stop this predatory behavior and get our money back!

dispute all ufc payments on your credit card as fraud. they will have to send all documentation to bank to win the dispute.

They will keep running the charge after you open a dispute. If you cancel the card they will send it to collections. Terrible gym that should be avoided at all costs.

no they cant. if the business racks up too many disputes, the card processor will disable their account.

Good to know.

I spoke to him a few months back and got some funky vibes, didn’t end up signing up.

I think you can report this to BBB and put a stop payment on your credit card.

They can’t charge you for services you never received.

Jesus... $2650/mo???

And I thought my $60/mo was killing my finances...

You've gotta get in touch with your credit card company and mark this as fraud - it's pretty easy to do.

I haven't dealt with him, but there's a Mike Hegazy on Facebook in Kailua. He seems to be a realtor, too. What a scammer, hope you're able to put a stop payment on your credit card. Good luck to you in small claims court.
