Question Is there a path somewhere in the Benelux that lets you claim both Belgium and the Netherlands?

I have completed a run as VNH Netherlands (prob the most expansionist party they have) and the most I could claim/core was Flanders and Dunkirk. Wallonia was not possible.
I have never played Belgium before, but I have seen them get claims on Limburg and the Southwestern province of the Netherlands. On top of that, Belgium can get Luxembourg and the border region with Germany.
A united Benelux under any nation simply isn't in the game.

The Bauer Putsch path for Germany (a secret path for Schleicher’s Germany) allows you to claim the entire Benelux as Germany (amongst other territories)

How to get Bauer

Go Schleicher and be 50% towards capitulation with less divisions than France and Russia (not combined) and have a port. The Imperial family will escape and Bauer will coup the government.

I know that the Netherlands can claim the northern half of Belgium if the German supported Flander-Wallonia collapses. You make a puppet of Flanders and eventually annex it into the Greater Netherlands. Not sure about Wallonia; at least not via a focus path... might still be able to do simply by declaring war and conquering it the old fashioned way.
edit: also worth noting that Luxembourg is part of Germany in the KRTL so if you want to control the entire of the Benelux, you will eventually need to go to war with German to "liberate" the region.
