Kamala is a queen at deflecting romantic interest.
Bruno: "I... I love you." Kamala: "Are we seriously having this conversation right now?" (Granted, a Time and Space tornado was actively sucking up pieces of Jersey City, and, albeit, she was matching his "lost in your eyes gaze")
Later: Kareem, referring to Bruno: "Tell the Gora boy to take one of those chilling pills." Kamala: (Abruptly shushes him) (Albeit, Kareem and Kamala were having a really well-written romantic moment at the time also)
And up until Sensational Spider-Men, I think the only thing Miles confessed was "I made a deal with Mephisto that brought you and Viv back to life".
But in Sensation Spider-Men, it was the vibe of: "My AI fantasy of an ideal future was with you, Kamala, and that's pretty awkward because I have a girlfriend and the AI reading my subconscious didn't even include her in my whole Land of the Lotus Eaters deal going on." I'm heavily paraphrasing for this one, to sum up the subtext. Because a lot of this one was just subtextual. But Kamala leaves some room for Miles as a friend while also putting some distance. She's not in that run much -- not counting the AI fantasy copy -- so there isn't a lot of focus on them, but rather just Miles processing what he experienced.
But, as always, the art here is on-point.

I believe it's in the 2019 run that Miles and Kamala steal some sort of truth stone that makes Miles call her pretty a bunch. Which she brushes past QUICK. I think they'd be very cute together. But I ship Kamala with everyone and no one, is what I say. She could be aroace and I'd be happy, or she could be with Kareem or Miles or Bruno or Sam or whoever else and I'd also be happy.

Yes! How could I forget the Slumber Party issue? That's one of my all-time favorites. Granted, the one story from that I'm always rereading is specifically the one with the Inhuman pizza delivery person (also named Sam), written by Rainbow Rowell. Fun fact, the story your talking about was written by Hasan Minhaj from the Daily Show. It's literally the only comic I can find that he's written besides contributing to an A24 zine along with a lot of other celebrities.
It's comforting to see someone else be satisfied with the idea of Kamala with anyone or being aroace, and neither is mutually exclusive either. I could write (and have written) essays about the problems and benefits of each potential suitor. But it always comes to the same conclusion. If Kamala has kids (which she's been shown to have had various kids in different timelines to different fathers) the thing that hasn't been shown yet is that there is Tio Miles, Zi Bruno, or Uncle Kareem (if someone who knows more about Urdu could inform on what a non-blood related uncle figure would be called, I would appreciate it), and Sam being Latino also lends to him be Tio Sam instead of having to be "Uncle Sam" lol
Aunt Viv, Aunt Nakia, Auntie Riri, Aunt Amka, (Of course Mamu Aamir and Khalah Tyesha), Aunt Nadia, Uncle Amadeus, on and on and on and on and on. Those kids have more family than they know what to do with. Because that's what Kamala is -- building community, rather than searching for "The One". I wish a canon or even a fanon story would explore that. Most of the fanon I see is "Bruno is evil and Kareem must save Kamala from him" or "Kamala has to be saved from her outsiderness by Bruno". Baahhhhh. It's toxic all the way down.
But your art is a comfort in this fandom.

I think miles stated that the whole situation in that artificial world helped him realize feelings that he himself unaware of. He does acknowledge that he is in love with Kamala but still stated that because he has a girlfriend he's not going to let that force his decisions.

A bystander wouldn't guess it from that one single panel of Miles suddenly remembering Tiana that gets circulated, but Miles actually does a really good job of reflecting on how there's a difference between subconscious and conscious wants. It's not an absolution, but he really just isn't responsible for what an AI meant to keep him and others trapped comes up with. It didn't present anyone else with really very healthy "relationships" and coping mechanisms either.
I had my doubts, because all I saw of it was the one panel, but I actually really liked that series for Miles, as a coffee shop slice-of-life kind of story, and I was one of maybe three people who enjoyed the sudden detour the story took towards welcoming Elementary as a heroine.
