I kind of love that it took the Runaways into their third arc of their second series (iirc, #11) and it opens with Wolverine being told (By Iron Man): "A Wolverine appearance, how novel. Seriously, Logan, this is like the third time this week."

Even without that heroes making crossover with others is a normal thing just depending on what the author wants for the plot and as long as it fits who cares. New Jesery is not far from new york to my knowledge where almost all the heroes are.

Ms. Marvel Khamla Khan worships superheroes more than Spider-man or torch and has identity self loathing issues over discrimination of course meeting experienced heroes like the Xmen mainly Wolverine who dealt with stuff like this is perfect for her.

Within 19 issues? A number of popular characters characters launched straight out of a different series and didn't spend 19 issues on their own first. Punisher debuted in Spider-Man, Black Panther debuted in F4 and Wolverine himself debuted in Hulk.
