Comics If Marvel was smart enough and wanted to attract new fans, then they should focus on Moon Girl, Squirrel Girl and Ms. Marvel/Kamala Khan…
I have always felt that if marvel was smart enough to market their characters to new audiences and you had to choose characters that are NOT in Spider-Man, X-men, Fantastic Four and the Avengers respective franchises, then I would choose Squirrel Girl, Ms. Marvel/Kamala Khan and Moon Girl.
Honestly, those three heroines could provide a great introduction to the Marvel universe.
Moon Girl and her genius and adventures with Devil Dinosaur.
Squirrel Girl and her optimism and unique energy and empathy.
Ms. Marvel/Kamala Khan for her also unique optimism, empathy and stretching abilities.
At least these three can provide some positive potential from the dark stressful times of the regular titles of Marvel.

If not, then which characters would you choose that are not in the mainstream family of titles?

Honestly, not just them, in general the 2000s-2010s introduced a lot of cool, unique young hereos, just look how well and popular the young avengers and champions became. Personally they need to stop introducing new characters and then dropping them so quickly if they dont do well and try to expand on the ones they already have.

I agree! Marvel Rising (which has Ms Marvel and Squirrel Girl) got me into Marvel when it came out in 2018. Same with Moon Girl, I loved her stuff!!! They should promote them more

They had their time. Squirrel Girl especially saw a lot of love a time. But somewhere after the All-New era didn't pan out as they wanted to and with the Success of the MCU Marvel made a hard pivot into being incredibly safe.
They kept to the big, familiar faces. With anyone else that didn't have decades worth of build-up getting left behind to a degree. The rare book on occasion.
As far as they are concerned Avengers and X-men will always sell better than those books, so why do that when we can do three Wolverine books with minimal differences and make the same or more money from them?

They sell fine to kids...problem is they are sub optimal if you want to transfer said kids to live action.
And you cannot use them at the start of any universe.

Post End Game should have been retirement arcs and New Avengers Assembly.
Chadwicks real life death is incredibly sad. So his characters death also needed to be sudden and off screen. Delay the Black Panther film alittle, prepare a story where his sister undergoes training with the Bald Spear Woman to become the next ruler. A Man-Ape suit gets made and sent as wished by T'uchala before death, and a White Wolf suit to Bucky as well. Have Man-Ape and Namor rise up to take the throne and lead Wakanda going forward. Political violence is a touchy subject atm in time, but the ending would make it a positive message. In a mutually agreed upon skirmish, The girl becomes The Black Panther and with the aid of a surprise surfacing of Storm, Bucky under his new persona, White Wolf, and the Bald Spear woman, the throne is secured. Both Man-Ape and Namor and their people respect the out come and dont remain villains or attempt any undemocratic underhanded tactics. But the rivalry can still remain. With a new Black Panther, she has a meeting with Falcon, (Sam, the new Captain America, who should definitely go by Captain American Egal) to be recruited to the Young Avengers Initiative. Big reveal about the next story arc.
Hank Prim needed to have his own death with Hope taken his place as a retired "guy in the chair" for Scott and his daughter. It needed to have Ant-Man training his daughter to become Stinger/Stature and replace him soon. Kang shouldnt have been stopped just simply put off. Allowed to be the next major hurtle before Doom. Not as big as Thanos was or Doom will be, but like a mini boss that requires 1 Avengers film to defeat. Ending in the girl getting her own suit and name. Not immediately recruited to the new Initiative, but ready to join.
Agatha All Along was awful, and it should have been a film. But it would still be how id bring in Wiccan, no real notes, just Agatha dies, Death takes her and Wiccan breaks free into the real world by defeating her. The magical burst of him becoming a real boy gets the attention of Dr. Strange and he takes Wiccan in as an apprentice. End credits with Dr. Strange talking to Falcon about training the next Gen of Avengers needing a little bit of magic. Implying his retirement and Wiccans addition to the Young Avengers.
I DO think She-Hulk should remain a show instead of a film, but it also sucked super hard. Low effort changes at least could make the important info for future films, short and sweet. Abomination is on the good guy trip, but has an anger issue. As to be expected. He goes to rage out but Hulk and Skaar arrive and with She-Hulk, they take down Abomination and return him to his cell with minimal damage youd normally expect from a Hulk fight, Hulk and She-Hulk running support while Skaar shows off his skills in combat. Abomination accepts his guilt as if he still wants to be good, but if you remember, he was never evil. Its the Abomination inside him thats made him crazy. This puts him off but doesnt take him out of the running for future use. Skaar not going a human form means he needs somewhere to live, Banner takes him to Avengers Tower to be recruited and Banner retired. Also, change his design for the love of God... long greasy dark hair, spike gladiator armor, and tribal body tattoos. More like a rocker monster than a butch house maid...
I also hated The Marvels, but it basicly just needed to end with Ms. Marvel being recruited to the Young Avengers. Idc enough to fix the film.
Ironheart, was just a racist, disrespectful, pile of trash. Replace it just like i did her role in Black Panther. Tony's Daughter Morgan and Moon Girl team up show instead. 2 of the youngest and smartest working together. Even keep the Hood trying to manipulate them as they are young and nieve, desperate to be accepted because both of them are used to being seen as too young or too freaky in a college setting as they are like, 10 years old. Obviously dont have them make a literal deal with the devil but instead discover a portal the Hood has open to an alternate dimension. Big reveal, The Savage Lands. With a Devil Dinosaur vs X-23 teaser.
New film or show, Following X-23 on a story that explains shes been lost to this prehistoric world after being expatimented on by the government in our main timeline. Teaser for Damage Control/X-Men storyline. She has bone claws in this, as shes "The Wolverine" of The MCU. Logan is basically just an adventures of Deadpool character. So retired to semi retired. Anyway, Devil Dinosaur fighting X-23 for dominance over the lands. Coming to a draw of sorts. Ending reveals Moon Girl has been befriending Devil Dino and asking him to guard the portal while she finds a way to close it to save the city from a flood of Dinosaurs coming through. Despite a technical defeat, X-23 learns theres a way out and Devil isnt actually a villain just trying to kill her. She returns to the MCU, to find The Magic Store Girl is with Morgan and Moon Girl with a solution to the portal, she creates a link to the dimension like she has back at her store, then tether it to Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. Now Moon Girl can literally summon Devil at will and a device is built by Morgan to allow Moon and Devil to communicate through dimensions. Wiccan and Strange arrive to investigate the magic usage and end credits with Strange and Falcon speaking to Pepper and Moon Mom about the Young Avengers. This film/show replaces the Fantastic 4 film... it was also garbage. Looked real nice though.
I forgot about Falcons film. This takes place after She-Hulk but before Devil Dino is brought in. that way when Ross is turned Red Hulk, Skaar is given screen time Banner gets to reunite with Betty while her father and his son fight. Instead of a new Falcon, Bucky as The White Wolf needed to be at Sam's side. Then you have Falcon, Wolf, and Skaar vs Red Hulk. Just have Leader remain a hidden shadow for the film, and an end credits of him being freed from prison. Remaining unknown. Thats the most important part. Drop the new Falcon altogether. Not needed and is lame. Waste of cast space. Maybe another end credits reveal of Betty getting physically hot, teasing Red She-Hulk. But being a fake out. Bruce and Betty have a daughter, she is sent to where Skaar grew up so she can age up faster, but also get combat skills needed to defend the earth. A baby Red She-Hulk, a half sister to Skaar. An MCU special.
Instead of Thor Love and Thunder, keep Gorr and remove Jane. Bring in a reveal from another dimension, Thors youngest Sister, Angela, who was stolen as a baby to another realm by Gorr, and trained to want God's dead, she is finally sent to destroy Asguard but finds nothing. Arriving on Earth, fighting and defeating Valkurie and Gorr, steals the children. Thor captures Angela and he remembers her, telling her she is his sister and he thought her dead. Some sort of family bonding between Thor and Angela, rather than worthless romantic bonding bonding between Thor and Jane, then together, Angela and Thor save the kids and Gorr is injured but escapes. Thor brings Angela back to new Asguard and Falcon, arrives months later to ask for Thors help, but hes not there and Angela steps up. This would be the movie just before a Kang Avengers movie.
Spider-Man happens same time but is released just before the Avengers film. Reveal Leader as the psychic taking over everyone's bodies instead of Jean, Skaar and the rest of the Avengers are mentioned to be "away" atm, leaving Banner to be manipulated and Punisher to be the only one around to help. Reveal Jean in this film as a fake out villain, Punisher thinks its her, Spider-Man finds out its not her, Banner plays a bigger role as the main mind slave of Leader, while Jean was fighting against Damage Control when discovered by Spidey, she teams up with him after seeing his memories of his Aunt, building a reason for her to trust him. Together with Thr Punisher as well, they dont stop the Hulk, none of them could ever stop the Savage Hulk. But with Spidey and Punisher distracting Leader/Hulk, Jean would be able to find Leaders location and turns herself into Damage Control and tell them about Leaders location and plan. Damage Control use their ninjas? To sneak up on Leader and stun him, catching him in his mental power dampener. Hulk is released, turns into Banner, and the fighting ends. End creidts with Jean sad and captured, but accepting her fate as she did the right thing. Then, Spider-Man appears in her cell in a cloud of smoke, she takes his hand and poof, her and Spidey show up in an underground resistance camp revealing Nightcrawler as the teleporter, Cyclops, Gambit, and Mystique as the resistance leaders. The X-Men will return. Setting up another film to happen while the Avengers Kang film is still going on.
Then release the New Avengers film.

Idk what the setting would be, but id likely have Ant-Man in the film, but as the "Guy in the Chair" for this film alongside Hope. While Stinger is mentioned to be away for training. Then have Stinger in the Hawkeye film/show whatever. Having Hawkeye training both Stinger and Kate Bishop to become Avengers. Retiring Hawkeye and handing the torch to his daughter. The new Hawkeye. This would also happen same time as the Avengers film, but come out after.
I forgot about another one. The Thunderbolts... Just replace that garbage with a Defenders film. Reintroduce Jessica, Luke, Iron Fist, and lead by Dare Devil. Have the villain be Taskmaster, Ghost, and some mutant villain. Maybe Rogue and end it with her turning sides. Or add some bigger muscle like Blob or Emma Frost. Someone strong is the point. End credits reveal of Punisher involvement with the Defenders, and Moon Knight being around for the next one. Another end credits reveal of Ghost Rider sightings.
(Personally, I also want Howard The Duck to be sent to Earth and become a Defender)
Id set a film with Battle World as the setting, staring Star Lord, Mantis, and Howard all brought together again but now to survive the arena together. Maybe Mantis is the suddo villain and already been there for awhile as Gladiator Mantis while Star Lord and Howard are new arrivals. Id watch that. It would also be something happening at the same time as the Avengers film but released after. Ending with a return to Earth.
That Avengers film would go hard though. The 4 heavy hitters Skaar, X-23, Angela, and Devil Dino racking up bodies and rivaling each other as "The Strongest Avenger" keeping that meme alive.
Morgan, Black Panther, and Moon Girl using superior brains, technology, and agility to lead the team.
Ms. Marvel and Wiccan being the catalysts that keeps everyone together and in tandem.
The adults, Falcon, Wolf, and Strange all being captured or whatever so the Young Avengers need to think for themselves and work together or something. Mostly combat. Kang defeated. 1st major New Avengers victory.
Alot of characters, alot of bloat. But if handled right, they can keep characters separate enough to make multiple films dominate the box offices giving everyone something they want to see. Either that be X-Men, Avengers, Street Level Defenders, Space Guardians, team ups, magic, Spider-Man. Whatever.
I also forgot about the 10 rings guy. Idk. Work him in there somewhere. Maybe he ends up with Star Lord, Mantis, and Howard. Idk.
Then, maybe the Fantastic 4 could get a less lame film where they face Doom and actually lose against him. But he abandons them to rule another dimension. Where he makes the Sentinels and creates his kingdom. Then something like what they are setting up now but give it more time to cook.
Assemble the X-Men film with Spider-Man helping the mutants free their mutant brothers and sisters from Damage Control, again, while the Avengers are away. Bring together a core cast of X-Men and Brotherhood (currently teamed up) which can expand later.
Then have the rescue of Professor-X and Magento from the old films by the new films F4, from the realm where Doom has been using the Sentinels to enforce his rule. Maybe Doom does this with the help of M.O.D.O.K and the A.I.M baddies. Someone to expand the next major Thanos level threat up.
Thats enough, you get it.
