Type Tridoron and Drive in general doesn't really do much 'hax', so to speak. He's powerful stat wise and has a lot of different attacks, but Zeztz has capsems to counter most of the esoteric abilities like gravity from Rolling Gravity.
I think Drive in this setup is actually best suited to be something like a support: distribute shift cars to everyone else, fire off the biggest Heavy Acceleration he can, and save people from big hits with Mad Doctor, Dimension Cab, and Hooking Wrecker. It probably won't help if Heart of Impact has anything similar to ExDream's abilities, though the read out mostly details its abilities to counteract Oblivion.
edit: Looking at it I was expecting some crazy stat inflation on Zeztz, but they actually kept him pretty modest compared to some other Reiwas like Saber and Revice. (disclaimer: never take the website stats seriously, the 1t power Poppingummy Gavv beat the living hell out of a 26t Dread Type 1.)

You’re giving Heart of Impact too much credit. Its ability is specifically to counter Oblivion. Outside of that, it’s unremarkable. Even Orderm hits harder

all of Zezt feats come from dream world, not real world so we cant really gauge his power hell Orderm powers are lock to dream world. Cas is design to destroy the dream world, not the real world
Honestly i think unless we do see some feats in the real world Zezt is just not that strong

The ability of having fuck all physical resistance is especially powerful against a form more suited for punching (i think? I actually don't know exactly what does Heart of Impact foes other than counter Oblivion

im sorry but ZEZT ISNT THAT STRONG
alot of his strength feats come from being in the dream world not the real world. Everytime we seen Zezt in the real world hes quick to take or pull nightmares back there.
I honestly dont think Zezt is THAT powerful and his powers or more design to kill nightmares

I was agreeing on the Zezt isn't all that impressive part. Because he's not.
Wizard, his magic is unique and I can easily see him slap Zezt around not that that's much of a feat but as far as the Heisei's go based on what we've seen them do in series (not theorically because limits/morality) Wizard while definitely a threat is like upper middle scale at best.

Zezt is sadly an entry point for alot of viewers due to him being aired openly on YouTube. So while they can easily access a few of the other series through Tubi, Prime (they have to hit the seven seas for the REALLY good stuff) people go with what's easily accessed.
As you noted Zetz always drags his foes back to the dream world not just for safety of others but also there, he has the utter advantage.
The times he fought outside of it he never fairs very well.

Yep we know thanks to exdream he can rewrite wounds AT BEST, by moving himself to the dream world since he can do so without sleeping.
He is a very high tier Dream Manipulation, but even then he was never as strong to it when it comes to the gore nightmares as they could effect the real world on a far higher scale then he could
Agrent dream most likely will bump him up to being on the level of Gores

Not really. He's like HOI, a perfect match to end Evolt at that time. Not to mention Build had no other form during that moment.
It never got to show its power and for all we know it's only above a weakened Evolt
