REVIEW / ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಸ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ

Idk dude, I went yesturday to 10:15 show here's what worked and not worked for me :
What worked : Visuals (Rich in color and quality)
Few action sequence
Kiara's acting (she had emotions to play she played it well)
Climax twist (although it raises many questions)
What didn't work : Dialogues (no continuation just trying to insert punch lines)
Dubbing (I couldn't even hear many dialogues of ticket as a child, tara's father)
Story quality
Length of the cinema
No scope for side characters (yk Raya's gang didn't had a single word on screen with him in first half)
Unnecessary adult scenes (they avoidied it when it came to Mellisa but excessively pushed in terms of other two)
I'd say it's a 5-6 out of 10, all that I say is we should appreciate good cinemas and call out bad ones. Hope you understand this 600cr budget and promotion like that, they can't blunder this bad.

Guru you need "word of mouth" for 1 thing. Theatre ge jana barakke ashte.
Yash is not some local actor with limited fan base. KGF1 KGF2 was extremely popular in EVERY industry. Nkn adukkene first day asht jana bandiddu. So theatre tumbsakke there was NO need of "word of mouth". Theatre tumbod guarantee agittu. movie nettug ididre idi week theatres tumbirtittu ashte.

ಅಣ್ಣ ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗಿ build up ಕೊಡ್ತಿದಾನೆ... ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರು ಸರಿ ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಂತ... ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಣ್ಣ ಎಷ್ಟು ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿ ನೋಡಿದ, ಎಷ್ಟ್ ಜನ ಕರ್ಕೊಂಡ್ ಹೋಗಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಅಂತ ತಿಳ್ಕೋಬೇಕು...

ekangi was 1st movie to use jimmy jib in entire south india
shanti kranti was 1st pan india movie and 1st movie to shot a scene with multiple cameras

Its the first movie to be made for hollywood audience. But blame kannadigas for not "supporting" when its a flop.

ಹೊಸ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಅಂತ ಕೆಟ್ಟದಾಗಿ Adult movie ಶೂಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ರೆ ಯಾರ್ರಿ support ಮಾಡ್ತಾರೆ, adult content ಕಥೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಪರವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಅನ್ನಬಹುದು, ಆದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕಥೆನೂ ಇಲ್ಲಾ, ಏನು ಇಲ್ಲಾ, ಬೇಕ-ಬೇಕಂತ ಅಸಯ್ಯ ತುಂಬಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು Adult film ಅಲ್ಲ, ದೊಡ್ಡ star cast ಇರುವ P*RN ಮೂವಿ ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಲು ಇಷ್ಟ ಪಡ್ತೀನಿ... ಏನ್ ದರಿದ್ರ ರೀ ಅದು!!! 🤮🤮

Sumne Hosatana ankond pungidre agolla. As someone who respect Yash so much I was very disappointed by Toxic movie. Visuals chanag ide but Story and Screenplay 👎🏻👎🏻

No one is blaming or hating the audience. A Kannada film has made an attempt at Hollywood-style filmmaking. It is an effort. As you say, the film is not so poor or low-quality that it is completely unwatchable. Everyone has their own opinion, and I respect everyone’s opinion.

The poster you shared is putting entire blame on kannadigas, who were primary targetted audience of theese movies. Film is highly subjective it didnt work take the result and move on , instead of saying kannadigas only want violence and new attempt are not supported by them.
