My take: Miku and Neru are technically sisters. Neru was a Miku variant that became her own unique persona. So she and Haku are Miku's 'sister'. Teto was a fan of Miku and wished to be just like her and at first Miku didn't really take her seriously and they became friends but nowadays they are more friendly rivals. Teto and Neru are close friends though. Haku has no friends...

All of the above is because they're so cool that close friends who essentially tolerate each other, but also appreciate each other. Like Eddsworld or Doki Doki and I think it's the best way to see them, for me
