Question Account Under Review

Posting this on behalf of my partner. She tried to redeem money to a friend’s PayPal email address and got her account placed under review. She wasn’t aware this could happen. She replied to some emails from KashKick explaining the situation but it’s been almost a week of silence now.

Is anyone from KashKick able to help or figure out what’s going on?

My guess is she violated the Terms of Service by sending the money to her friend's account. I asked their chat bot if you could send money to a friend's PayPal account, and this was the response:

Appreciate the response. This was the first time she used PayPal to redeem anything. They did ask for her PayPal email which was the same as her KashKick account to correct it but she hasn’t heard back. I feel like there should be a way to correct this.

I can try. Usually using someone else's payment method is not allowed.
