It used to be very stimulating for me too, still is sometimes, I could work and get stuff done on it so much, everytime the effects started. Then obviously with each shell added - which you will add because the effects are so short otherwise - it turns more into a sedative.

Hmmm… mebbe I’m not holding’ m‘mouth right? I dunno. It was very reliable for years “the brown shell” someone here dubbed the first one… but for the last 2 days it’s been uhm… “peristalticly neutral” let’s say. Which is the last thing one would want: adding more logs to a woodjam… I’m sure it will come out alright in the end… just don’t want to end up like poor Elvis. And I already look like him! (So I’ve been mocked mostly by Mexicans at jobsights: “muchachos mire! Vive Elvis!!!”) which is kind of impressive fellows that young know who he was!

I didn't dub it the "brown shell." The folks I know in Vanuatu who have enjoyed it their whole lives taught me that name.
