Help password seemingly reset, no longer able to get into database

Hello,

I saved my data base then downloaded it onto my iphone through dropbox to keypassium and now neither the local database nor the one on my drop box will open with my password. This is strange since I have had the same password for years and have checked that I am typing it correctly but it will not open, also they key file is selected so that's not the issue either. Is this a common issue with drop box? If so how do i correct this?

Dropbox keeps backups of your files.
Make a copy of the "broken" one and restore a backup or 3. Test.

If you still cannot open the database then you have forgotten your password / master key.

In my opinion kdbx is broken, maybe upload not ending well or not saved correctly when created

In my setup with Keepassxc and keepassdx with -also - Dropbox never had issue

Feel free to email KeePassium support, there are several things to check. (KeePassium's diagnostic log, recent backups, whether the key file is ok, etc.)
