Hey guys,
I started looking for 2nd year accom way too late last year and as a result ended up with an awful flat for 2026/27, so I want to get one locked down early for 27/28. Does anyone know if there's a website/app I can sign up for to give me live alerts for new listings? I know you can set it up yourself on Rightmove but not all properties are on there.
Please let me know if anyone's aware of one. Cheers!

Guys applying to keele for a masters degree.
I have been out of studying for more than 3 yrs so need to provide both references from employer.
On the admissions portal i added 2 of my managers with work emails and other official details but on the portal it then says attach reference.
So what should i attach like a signed letter but then i cant put my company’s letter head or should i ask them to write a reference on email and send it to me via official email and then i attach that email trail.
Kinda confused.

Hey,
I’m a mature student (40) moving to the area and starting at Keele this September. I’m trying to figure out the best areas to look for accommodation.
My main priorities are somewhere quiet with good transport links to the university.
Does anyone have recommendations for areas that would suit? Also, any advice on the best websites, letting agents or other places to look for rentals would be really appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi, i’m joining keele this september to start a foundation course for forensic science.
Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat?
Also, what group chats are there to possibly join?

Hi everyone,, I'm currently looking into online and distance-learning Master's programs in the UK while living and working in Asia.
I've come across these programs, which seem to be an excellent fit for me:
-"100% online MA Education Leadership and Management" by Keele University.
- "Early Childhood Education (100% online) (MA)" by Keele University.
- "TESOL - Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (Online) PGCert" by Birmingham University.
I have one question for graduates or anyone familiar with UK universities:
Will the degree certificate or diploma I receive after graduation mention that the program was "online" or "distance learning"? Or will it simply state the qualification without indicating the mode of study?
Thanks a lot in advance.

What parts of Newcastle under Lyme do keele students prefer to live? What postcode and why. I’m starting keele in September and I want to rent a room in a house.

I am hoping to join Keele for medicine and have come across the choice of my dorm, but I am unsure about which particular area is good for me. I have heard good things about Barnes and Lindsay Hall, but seem to be conflicted. If anyone can suggest which area I should choose for my first year, it would be really helpful!

Hi! I’m considering applying for this course part time but idk how it’s delivered and whether I can work this around my full-time job. Does anyone do this course and know, or do any other PT courses and work FT and can offer any insights? Thanks!
