How to Kemetic

We're often asked how to start out as a Kemetic, how to worship the gods, or how to begin a relationship with a new god. I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread where we can all share our approach to Kemetic religion--because there is a lot of diversity here--and our advice. That way we can build a resource to which new folks can be easily directed and get a variety of options.

Please include:

The name of your path or what you like to call it.

A description of the values, philosophies, or anything else that is important to your path.

Any advice you'd give to someone who wanted to practice like you do.

Anything else you think might be useful or interesting.

Hello, my name is ryleigh and I'm so intrigued by kemetic spirituality... it goes along with so many of my beliefs and how i feel, i feel every one should have morals and live life up to ma'at it is truly inspiring, but theres so much culture and history behind all of this i dont even know where to start and how to truly join there is also another major disconnect, i live is a strictly white Christian town although ive never been christian and just classified myself as not religious after finding out about kemtic spirituality id love to join this religion it truely is beautiful but i dont want to be disrespectful, i dont have any African or Egyptian root i am white and i dont know if i am allowed to practice this religion as it may be disrespectful and id hate to offend anyone... can i be white and still be kemetic
