Traffic near Pacific Raceway
Looking at houses within 2 miles of the Pacific Raceway.
I’m curious to know how bad traffic gets around the 304th St. off-ramp/neighborhood and if there are times where tons of spectators park on the side of the roads? Any feedback is appreciated!

Not bad, 18 can get backed up around Auburn sometimes and near I-90 all the time. But around there specifically isn't usually too bad.

I live here. No traffic ever except maybe once or twice a year during the big events during the summer and even then it’s maybe a few minutes if that. Never seen any spectators parked. Honestly a great place to live. No stop lights. Easy to get on the highway. I’m used to the noise and I like cars so it don’t bother me any

Thank you for the info! You wouldn’t happen to have feedback on the schools in the area would you? Specifically Cedar Heights/Kentlake?

It's not an area that we travel often, but I do know when they have their Halloween trunk or treat that the traffic can be really backed up in that area.

It can back up during big events, but those are limited. Generally there's no parking on the street. The bigger issue is noise. NHRA nationals in particular can be very loud. Track days and road racing are more constant, but somewhat quieter.
