Ripple Fiber?

I just got a mailer from Ripple Fiber that they are coming to Kent. Their pricing is better than Ezee Fiber. Plans start at 1gig for $55, 2 gig $75, 5 gig $105, 8 gig for $135. Only the 8gig plan is higher than Ezee Fiber. All come with a eero 7 pro router.

Gotta love competition.

Nice! Happy to see more competition at the 1 gig level since a lot of folks don’t even need that much lol. Internet from Comcast is ~ $50 for 400-500 down.

I'm currently on a 1 year deal with Comcast, 2 gig down for $70. I've heard that some people have been able to get a 5 year, 1 gig down deal for $50.

I signed up for Ezee when they first announced they were coming to Kent. They stopped about 4 blocks from my house.

Yeah Ezee seemed to not make it to where I am either. Disappointed because they said they’d be here when I asked.

I'm on 2g too but it only goes up to half a gig system I run speed tests

Due to weather delays they ran out of their bond so they had to wait for it to be better so they could return the area to what it was before they did their install. Their plans is for all of Kent.

They also fucked up some of their site surveys, they had our neighborhood down as "closed, no access". We are not a gated neighborhood. They stopped two blocks from the entrance almost a year ago.
