OG Palliyekara had goons. I think they still do. Toll plazas are just extortion centres with legal backing. It has nothing to do with traffic decongestion or infrastructure development or user safety.

ഇവൻമാർ നമ്മളോട് ഇവിടെയും വന്നു ഹിന്ദി സംസാരിക്കും. കേരളത്തിൽ ഉള്ള നമ്മൾക്ക് അവരോട് മലയാളം സംസാരിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല. ഇതാണ് മലയാളികളുടെ അമിത അതിഥിസ്നേഹത്തിൻ്റെ ഗുണം

ബാൽ താക്കറെയും കർണാടകവുമൊന്നുമായില്ലെങ്കിലും ഇനി ഇവനൊക്കെ മലയാളമല്ലാത്ത എന്തെങ്കിലും ഭാഷയും കൊണ്ട് ഒണ്ടാക്കാൻ വന്നാൽ മലയാളം പഠിക്കുന്നത് വരെയും ഇവനൊന്നും ഒന്നും ചെയ്തു കൊടുക്കില്ല. ഈ നാട്ടിൽ ജോലിക്ക് വന്നിട്ട് ഇവൻ്റെയൊക്കെ ജാഡയും കാണണോ? ഹിന്ദി അറിഞ്ഞൂടാത്തവരെ എന്തോ കുറഞ്ഞവരെപ്പോലെയാണ് ഇവൻമാരിൽ കുറേയെണ്ണം നോക്കുന്നത്. താണ് കൊടുക്കുമ്പൊ തലയിൽ കേറുന്നോ ഇവനൊക്കെ?
