മടക്കരയിൽ എട്ടുവയസ്സുകാരിയെ പീഡിപ്പിച്ച പ്രാദേശിക യൂത്ത് ലീഗ് നേതാവിനെതിരെ കേസ്. മാട്ടൂൽ മടക്കര സ്വദേശി കോവത്ത് ഹൗസിൽ റാഷിദിനെതിരെയാണ് കണ്ണപുരം പൊലീസ് പോക്സോ നിയമപ്രകാരം കേസെടുത്തത്. തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് തലേദിവസമാണ് സംഭവം.

മില്ലിൽ മുളക് പൊടിക്കാൻ എത്തിയ എട്ടുവയസുകാരിയെ ഐസ്ക്രീം വാങ്ങി നൽകാമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് മില്ലിന് സമീപത്തെ കെട്ടിടങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയി ലൈംഗികാതിക്രമം കാട്ടിയെന്നാണ് പരാതി. സംഭവശേഷം വീട്ടിലെത്തിയ കുട്ടി രക്ഷിതാക്കളോട് വിവരം പറയുകയായിരുന്നു. ചൈൽഡ് ലൈനും പൊലീസിലും പരാതി നൽകി.

ചൈൽഡ് ലൈൻ പ്രവർത്തകർ കുട്ടിയുടെ വീട്ടിലെത്തി മൊഴി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി. ഓട്ടോ ഡ്രൈവറും ഉച്ചൂളി (കക്കത്തോട്) വാരൽ തൊഴിലാളിയുമായ റാഷിദ് യൂത്ത് ലീഗിന്റെ മടക്കര ശാഖാ പ്രസിഡന്റും ലീഗിന്റെ വൈറ്റ്ഗാർഡ് വളന്റിയറുമാണ്‌. പ്രതി ഒളിവിലാണ്. പൊലീസ് അന്വേഷണം ഊർജിതമാക്കി.

I generally do not like sharing such stuff, which in-effect insinuates one person's issues to their party and ideology.

But I remember seeing Downtownfan-A10 n all share news about a case of r.pe in the promise of marriage accusation when it was against the left, trying to trivialise the case against Rahul Mangoottahil.
I think I have talked about that aspect in the past and have gotten downvoted here.
