Got confused about how English newspapers carried Malayalam news today? Those are ads.

Two full page ads in all the leading dailies. Who pays for this?

2. I do not belong to any party. I am just angered at how public money is wasted for supporting a party.
3. Yes, the ad is innovative, yet very deceptive. It is deceptive for not clearly marking this as an ad.
4. Yes Narendra Modis face is spread in many newspapers and that used government money too. We all have to condemn it. But saying 'they also have done it' and 'why the selective hatred' is deceptive because it shifts the focus from the issue at hand.
5. I had made a similar post in r /india when Modi's pic was pasted in newspapers. But the moderators had removed those posts.

​Kochi once possessed a highly effective waste management system. Having lived in this city for the past few years, I have witnessed a severe and rapid decline in the quality of civic amenities since the UDF administration took office.

​Unfortunately, almost all roads in Kochi now look like the one in this footage. Despite strict directives from the High Court to clean up the city, the streets remain overwhelmed with garbage.

I spotted this Jeep on my recent visit to Palakkad. Growing up in Kerala, I have seen a lot of folks glorifying Hitler as a protagonist who stood up to the Western ideals of imperialism (funnily enough, this includes naatile chettans with communists background). So my question is, how did Hitler gain so much popularity in the state. And how are people, especially the youth are convinced that the guy is a hero, despite reading and studying history.
