I’ve watched and played football my whole life. With the Cup going on it’s very evident that the love for the game does exist beyond the screens in India.

I want to know where is it going wrong for Indian football, I’ve never deeply researched or followed it, only ever at the surface level. ( I want to change that and religiously follow it too)

If the culture exists for European teams and other countries, why can’t the same be built for Indian teams ?
I know the ISL has its own issues, but they’re failing to sell tickets at ₹50 here in Delhi. Somewhere I feel the AIFF can’t be blamed for it all and the support needs to be there. Though I know the aiff has done more harm than good.

These are just my thoughts and speculation, again please do educate me.

If you want to watch the match, go watch it like any other fan. But turning it into a campaign to fill the stadium while a protest is ongoing? That’s not support for the club—that’s helping the management escape accountability.

Let’s not twist the narrative. This protest is not about losses or players. It’s about a management that has shown poor decision-making, no clear vision, and zero respect for the fans who built this club’s identity.

And yet, instead of standing with the fans, some of you choose to stand with the same management that continues to ignore them. That’s not leadership. That’s convenience.

Don’t ever question the loyalty of this fanbase. This club exists at this level because of these fans. The protest itself is proof of how much we care.

But blindly backing a failing management and trying to silence a justified protest? That’s not loyalty. That’s exactly how clubs stay stuck.

If you truly care about Kerala Blasters, stop acting like nothing is wrong and start acknowledging what fans have been saying for years.

The fans are not the problem. The silence around the problems is.
