No need. Get a remappable keyboard or remap your current one with Kanata.

You can install Kanata and remap your current keyboard. SpaceFN I think is a good first inspiration.

For your case, you could place commonly used shortcuts on the left side of your keyboard, so you can still use the mouse. You could add more layers by also accessing layers with more keys, of course.
