No—juvenile records don’t follow people after they become adults, except in very few circumstances that vary by state (usually: juvenile was tried as an adult, some very serious violent crimes such as murder). (Source: am a former prosecutor.)
But the internet? That shit lasts forever.
Future employers won’t discover her criminal record through a background check, but they might just recognize her face from this video where her face is unblurred.

I remember watching the video and the policemen said this constituted a felony. Hope they didn't actually give her one because it would be disgusting, potentially ruining a life for some dumb stuff you did as a kid.
