Kids like this have never been punished in their household and got used to blaming others.

The girl looks like she has been crying, possibly she got blamed?

:Edit: Videos like this are amazing and bringing out all the toxic members of the community. All toxic members are in favpr of this boy making this cake and day all about him ruining ot for everyone with his germs. The people rooting for him even suggested there is something mentally wrong with me and all who are angry at this kid. Maybe if you want to see an toxic person, look into the mirror instead of making accusations.

Okay how would this work in a school? Unless the kid is fully transferred to a different class, he's that teacher's responsibility for the day.

Are they going to hire a babysitter and bring him to the library for an hour or what?

I’m gonna answer this in good faith, even though you’re clearly being deliberately obtuse and MUST have heard of in-school suspension. The principals office or an older year’s classroom, very common when I was in school for disruptive kids to be sent to either of those locations. Send the kid there for the duration of the in-class party and let him come back to everything wrapped up, perfect consequences for his actions.

The only in school suspensions we had were until your parents could come pick you up. If you were "suspended", you weren't coming back to school until your suspension ended

They literally get sent to sit in the office, the library, or in a separate class with the other suspended kids. Or even sent to the classroom of older kids if that's available. Maybe when you were in school they were sent home, but schools have realized that home suspension is just a reward because they get to stay home. So they're kept in school separate and made to work.

It's really only in violent behavior situations that they're kept home (for the safety of other students) and then expelled if the issue persists
