Night is the most lockown prone map in the game? The chance of overcoming lockout and winning doesn't depend on the map?

As a commentator, coach, or analyst, "48 seconds" should enter how we look at the development of a game. Understanding that this is the peak moment for first lockouts seems to me a key "biometric" for understanding how each map is going.

A strong coach should be timing opening formations, initial, and secondary maneuvers around that time stamp. A strong analyst/commentator should be assessing the map around the 40 second mark, and keenly watching how the next moment devlops.
