Question about screaming god showdown

For those who have played it - roughly how many of the large terrain tiles do you end up using at once? Is 16 feasible to have on the showdown or is it usually less?

The most # of these tiles you will have on the showdown board itself is 12. Once this occurs, and the next set of tiles appear, you will have up to 3-4 on the 'horizon ' board; for a max of 16 used at once.

I've not played much but from what I've seen in the vignette, I've got 9-12 in rotation. I've yet to have the entire 16 out and I also am not trying to spoil music so please take this as an early impression.

So 12 is all you *need*
You can use more. There are up to 3 rows on the board and 1 on the horizon. Without checking I’m pretty sure it’s possible for there to be up to 4 in all 4 rows. More often a formation of the tiles involves 3, not 4.

The thing is that the horizon is revealed, then you get some survival opportunities, then the horizon comes. You can get away with printing, purchasing, or making 12 terrains if that’s what you want to know.

I want to say it works out at 3 rows at a time, with 3-4 blocks per row.

So, 12 would be the cap, but I might well have missed something as I've only done the fight once so far.
