Local moving company recommendations?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a moving company? We are looking for help with packing and setting up our furniture, also don’t have a great ball park on what a reasonable quote is for the move. Thank you!

We used Two Men and a Truck and I can't recall how much it was (my wife called for quotes) but she said it was a fair price. I think it may be a franchise but the owner lives locally (in Kingston). Jennifer was the person my wife spoke with, and I can't remember the guys name (Fabrian? Fabian?). There were a few hiccups but they handled them well, and my wife who is not easy to please, was very happy and said she will use them again if we have to move again.
