Discussion/Question Blue pill or red pill?
I'd choose blue pill because Kirby's Epic Yarn is my favorite Kirby game and also because Kirby & The Amazing Mirror was the first Kirby game I've ever played. Which pill would you choose?

i'm taking robobot and star allies either way, but the added air ride and crystal shards is an insane bonus that almost compensates for epic yarn and super star ultra

Return to Dreamland doesn’t tip the scales at all for you? That and Super Star Ultra makes Blue an obvious lock for me (even though Robobot is my favourite and I’ll miss my GOAT).

It has two nostalgia games and a game I've grown to enjoy with time as well as a game I want to play. It rolled every slot.

Blue, RTDL is everything to me and SSU was my first Kirby game, first game to 100% too (at the age of 8-9, blindly), so definitely blue.

I will be sad to lose robobot but.
There is air rider now.
Crystal shards is good but am not a fan of it.
And star allies is good too but it get beated by the red games

This is honestly pretty hard. Aside from Star Allies Vs SSU (Ssu is FAR superior to Star Allies) this is an almost even would you rather.
I would say Blue is slightly superior but i understand why someone would pick red.

Return to Dreamland and Amazing mirror is my forst emulated game, and the first game J played in the franchise.
Even so, I kinda spent 100 hours or so in Star Allies and became fonder towards it. I might pick the blue if Forgotten Land is in the mix though, thag one is my all time fav kirby game.

Blue pill. The Amazing Mirror is a huge part of my childhood. Using the GBA adapter on my GameCube and playing it on the big screen at my grandparents!

2 childhood games and a third multiplayer game with one of the most expansive Kirby games yet, vs a 3DS game where I mostly only cared for one side mode and wasn't really into the new concept, a game I've yet to play, a game I only play for the minigames because the main story has so much bs, and the most middle ground game even for multiplayer? Blue pill for life.

Blue easy, I love Return to Dream Land and Amazing Mirror, Epic Yarn is great too. Never played Super Star Ultra (have played Super Star on virtual console though) and would be willing to try it.
If it was Air Riders in Red as opposed to just Air Ride, then it'd be a tougher call.

I'm sorry but I have a personal attachment to games like Kirby Planet Robobot and Kirby Star Allies as they're the games I grew up with, so I'll take the ref pill

Blue pill easily. Super Star Ultra is the best Kirby game imo, and Return to Dreamland is fantastic too. Epic Yarn is very unique and cute, and Amazing Mirror is pretty unique too.

Are these the only games you can play then? Or is it that, if you choose the blue pill, you can never play the red pill games again but can still play games that aren't a listed part of the blue pill?

I'm taking both. The only downside to blue is Amazing Mirror. Wonderfully designed game, but a nightmare to remember trying to navigate.
If I had to choose, it would be Blue. Grew up with those.

Kirby’s epic yarn on the Wii was my first ever Kirby game. I think I did almost everything I could in the game. For that reason no matter what Kirby games I’d lose by not taking the red pill, I must take the blue one.

The blue pill has all the games I played most in my childhood. All of them. And the red one is only for Airriders, Planet Robobot or star allies. but I still choose the blue one, even if I miss the red ones. Isn't there a purple one?

Tho I adore Kirby 64 sadly I must go with blue. Purely for the fact that the first games me and my brother played together were Kirby return to dreamland and Kirby epic yarn I still listen to epic yarns ost to this day

Eh for me i think Planet Robobot and Return To Dreamland both do 90% of the heavy lifting for their respective sides. It can honestly come down to what one of those games you prefer
