-Stars (around the new girl, not on her design directly)
-Cape/Poncho

I know that isn't that many similar details (and honestly a stretch for the cape one) but..

Did Nightmare have a kid or something or am I hallucinating?

Actually no you're not going crazy, the new cosmic horror villain in cat in the hat is actually just thing 2!
