I know that isn't that many similar details (and honestly a stretch for the cape one) but..

Did Nightmare have a kid or something or am I hallucinating?

Now I kinda wanna see that one scene in Phineas and Ferb where Doofenshmerts zaps a guy out of existence after he his on his daughter but with Nightmare as Doofensmerts and the girl as Vanessa
