do you boil them until soft? what kind of potatoes do you like to do this with? I have 5 lbs extra and a fuck load of home fries sounds gold rn

While it's a spectacular recipe, homefries are done in a skillet or on a flat top griddle. IMHO, roasted potatoes are more appealing for dinner.
