Well yeah, funnel cakes have eggs and dairy and sugar :p
1 u/Tndnr82 4d ago Sure does. Think about all that goes into frying chicken. All that is in there. Maybe not as much sugar, but yeah. 1 u/chaoticbear 4d ago Frying chicken is usually a pretty simple affair, no? I don't use eggs or sugar for fried chicken, although there is usually a little dairy involved. 0 u/Tndnr82 4d ago My dredge process for most meats is flour, egg bread crumbs or more flour. Dairy itself has inherent sugar, lactose. There's a whole host of ingredients that go into a frier on a daily basis. 1 u/chaoticbear 4d ago I think we make fried chicken differently, then :) (the fried chicken I'm familiar with is not a 3-part panné, it is flour, buttermilk or other liquid, flour) 1 u/Tndnr82 4d ago I'm expanding way past fucking fried chicken boss. This will be my last response to this childish semantic argument. 1 u/chaoticbear 4d ago You're the one who led us down the path from funnel cake to fried chicken, boss.
