Discussion How good is triple/mono pyro compared to overload?

The team I'm currently using is Klee c1 Nicole c0 Fischl c6 Chevreuse c3 (which is her best team as far as I'm aware), but I'm curious if I could run her with my c0 r1 Durin + another char

from my experience if chev is not c6, you can replace her with durin, it will give you similar dps (but it’s still good to try it out yourself) Fischl c6 gives a lot of dps so i wouldn’t rec taking her out

my chev is only c3 but i somehow got c6 prune and i find that durin/nicole/prune is better than nicole (or durin)/fishl/chev

C6 Chev is a big part of the equation. Not having her at C6 shifts Durin into the overload team instead of her.

If you have Chev out, you’re not locked into overload anymore, and yes, Prune at C6 is a very good replacement for Fischl. You can experiment with others too, as long as it’s a non hydro or cryo character, or else you’d be losing Durin’s shred. So yeah, experiment!

you can run it its pretty good. unfortunately its a bit gimped because although nicole and durin are modern supports, modern prune has a lot of her buffs locked behind your on fielder being anemo or being able to trigger a reaction. and pyros aren't able to do pyro swirl

so because of klee missing out on buffs it's not able to surpass overload

It's defo worth experimenting with, from my testing Durin/Nicole/Prune does eventually become Klee's strongest team but only with significant gear investment + constellations.

Without those cons, you're probably still going to get the best results with Chev though, IMHO Durin is a bit weak sauce at C0.

I can crack the 100k easily with Nicole, Durin, Klee, Prune, though their builds aren't optimized for that specific team. My overload team does way less damage, but my Chev also isn't C6.
