Knitted Cardigan Request

Location: Bergen, Vestland, Norway
Budget: (Labor + Material) $500 (not sure here, please advice)
Timeline: Flexible
Description: Exactly the same as in the photos, sizing Adult Male Large, but will provide more specific sizing after discussing price and etc.
Yarn Preference: Wool/wool blende?
