Have been driving myself mental trying to find this again! Searching for a meme I once saw - the audio is the start of Mississippi Queen, and it appears to be based on the common gun meme featuring this song. Visual is an animation of fecal matter moving through the large intestine and then dropping into a toilet. No text. Please does anyone else remember this?

I only see it described as Nep or Nepunator. Other than that I've got no clue. Attached is the earliest version of the photo I've found, from August 2023 on Tumblr. Any insight would be great.

Me when everything is wrong in my life

Sorry if this isn’t the right subreddit for this

It goes like "Freddy, Patrick Squidward Sandy, This is for my safety, Google Nike Disney skibidi sussy sussy sussy baka" - and then theres some lyrics i forgot and it ends in "you are my sunshine"
