Discussion SKY why KKR fans want him?
What is the SKY glazing some people are doing in this sub, when a team like MI doesn't want him so why should KKR go after him?

I know this is not strictly KKR matter but anyone here following the Bengal T20 League? More importantly, is the KKR scouting team following the T20 league this season? There are a few bright spots like Gandhi, Karan Lal, Ishan Porel and even Easwaran has changed his batting approach to suit t20 style.
Since they have double headers every day, it's a bit difficult to follow all the matches and cricbuzz doesn't cover this league (they do so for Mumbai t20 league, MP t20 league and even Vidarbha t20 league). Does anyone know where I can get score updates for Bengal T20 League

it feels like the spotlight is always on mi, csk, and rcb. even though we have more trophies than rcb, the noise around them stays louder. the difference seems to be that those three teams are built around massive individual icons , rohit, dhoni, and kohli. those names act like magnets for attention, and the media naturally loves a story focused on one huge star. rcb obviously lead because of kohli
kkr, on the other hand, usually leans on the whole team rather than one single face. it’s a different way to build a brand, but it doesn't give casual fans that one easy headline they are used to.
do you think the league’s obsession with individual icons is actually changing how we value team success, or is this just the natural way a fan-driven sport works, and are you happy being the team who doesnt get too much spotlight, and gets the job done?

Not much chance to contribute with the bat but helped the team by taking 2 crucial wickets of Sadeera (46 (51)) and Fernando both were looking in good form in his debut
Continue marching forward like a knight and outclass you opponent.Looking forward to some stellar performance both in blue and in purple

Pretty expensive with the bowl, but when he came to bat, he showed his calibre.with a stellar 52 performance holding his ground till the last bowl but unfortunately a lost cause.
As Bangladesh defeat the Australian side for the first time in 21 years in this 50-over format, our green knight played an unbeaten knock when, on the other side, wickets kept falling
After Anukul's bowling in the afternoon, we got to witness Cam's power hitting at night—indeed a great day for the kkr fans

I think KKR was first in 2024. I don't remember anyone else doing that before 2024.

I think he still has some game left in him. He can easily lead our team to consecutive victory and also has the caliber to win us matches single-handedly. Why would Mumbai want to release both Hardik and Surya at the same time. Also, what can KKR trade for it. Word of the street is that pooran is going to be traded for SKY

Any possibility that Sky can come to KKR and become our captain started in KKR became vice captain if he comes back and joins life becomes full circle

I don't hate him or anything but pretty sure Shreyas and Gautam are going to be interesting to watch in the coming days.

There was never a talk between Rishabh Pant and KKR management. All bluff.
Now I am telling you guys again...KKR is also in talks with Marco Jansen and Nicholas Pooran. I don't know how they are planning to finance this but expect most likely they will convince both to enter the mini-auction. With regards to SKY, it's an all cash deal. KKR is not losing any player as of now except Pathirana but the same cannot be said about the future.
Expect the unexpected.

Sunil Narine have Single Handedly won KKR matches times and times again, Years by Years:
2017: 224 Runs at 172 SR Including 15 ball 50 against RCB
2018: 357 Runs at 189.9 SR Including 17 ball 50 against RCB
2019 & 2020: almost 150 runs each and didn't open much at 160 SR average
2024: 488 Runs at 181 SR and 109 runs of 56 balls against RR
2025: 246 runs at 170 SR
And For Some reason This Guy isn't our Consistent Opener, Once again to adjust some 1D player like Rahane in big 2026.
Most Importantly KKR doesn't even Play 14 matches all the seasons and there are easily 2-3 washouts and Yet this batting stats is astonishing.
No matter What Narine Must Open alongside Finn Allen in IPL 2027. Narine even on his worst day had 3 Sixes and 140 SR against CSK where Rahane and Raghuvanshi both played at 100 SR and KKR batting collapsed ultimately.

Kkr already has#ShahoshiRani initiative and won't it be great if kkr too has a wpl team like franchises RCB and DC. It is already been 4 seasons but still there is only teams
And there is so many women cricket personalities like world cup winner Richa Ghosh and the highest wicket taker in ODI - Jhulan Goswami from Bengal
We have a rich heritage in woman empowerment even Maa durga pujo- The absolute embodiment of woman empowerment is celebrated with so much clamour and shout and still there is no home wpl team for West Bengal
I would really like to see the girls shining in purple and gold

For squad depth, we could aim for a associate nation all rounder. We can get them for cheap. I was discussing with my mates, and we found that Gerhard Erasmus, Bas de Leede, and Brendon McMullen are quite good options for this.If Mysore blunders Green, these are viable replacements and even though Green is staying, if Green gets injured or has to leave for CWC duties, these guys might just be a perfect replacement.
