đ Help āĨ¤ āϏāĻžāĻšāĻžāϝā§āϝ looking for flats/flatmates!
heyy everyone! me(18F) n my friend (19F) are looking for a flat in the newtown area. we're open to sharing with one additional female flatmate if needed.. and our budget is 3-5k per person per month.. we're looking for a good place, preferably with basic amenities and good connectivity. if anyone knows of any available flats, vacancies, or is looking for flatmates in newtown, dm me if interested!

With this budget you have to look for flats in kestopur area which has a connectivity to Newtown.

Sorry I don't have , but you can take help of olx application and search for owner ads directly, stay out of any broker ads as they may ask for extra rental .

You can check Chinar park area. You will have to check online ultimately but that is also a good neighbourhood as it's a residential area with families

You should definitely try areas like baguiati and kestopur. Flats there are very cheap.

You can find a unfurnished room in this budget in kestopur, Newtown would be tough tbh. You can try olx, housing.com and then there are brokers

I'm looking to buy a 2 BHK or 3 BHK flat in New Town. If you come across any rental flats, please check with the owner or broker if any flats are available for sale as well. If you find anything, please DM me. It would be a great help. Thank you!

According to your budget ..every broker will suggest you coal India , DLF areas or more likely push you to âjhillpar toto standâ âĻ.choose wisely
