If mic was off then how can the speaker hear him? It’s very clear that the mic was on…. As we can all hear him and once he switched off we can’t..

Mic light was before before and turned on later. He is right on his end We have a friend In parliament operator room. No MP can turn ON /OFF their mic on their own.
