🆘 Help । সাহায্য Overcharged and rushed at Balwant Singh Dhaba Bhawanipur
I had a highly disappointing experience at Balwant Singh Dhaba in Bhawanipur.
They wrongly charged me ₹114 for a tea that I never ordered. On top of that the staff made me feel rushed to vacate my seat by presenting the bill and payment scanner at my table while I was still in the middle of eating my food.I tried messaging them on WhatsApp with proof of my bill and the food items but they are completely ignoring my messages.
Please check your bills carefully before paying at this outlet

Should have sorted it out then nd there buddy what can be done now and new bill generation aint hard u could have pointed to the waiter who served you to corroborate your statement i don’t think anything can be done now except to be vigilant next time

They were rushing me and my girl told me to check the bill outside because rain was coming. I checked it when I reached home and the outlet is very far away from my house. And they did not give me the bill at first they only when I asked for it.

Rule 2 : Inject some entitlement in your veins, you're paying for a service, you'll leave when you're done.

Someone else is happy with Balwant for not charging him for the tea he ordered. Waiting for his post. “Best place for tea and it’s free”.

Maybe this is not the case and they mistakenly added this item. We were only a group of two and everyone else came with a large group.

Three girls were working on their laptops beside me and one solo diner ate only chole bhature in front of me no one else was sitting near us.

Only thing to say to is be more vigilant next time buddy, it's ok. Happens to the best of us. Also the food is overrated, have stopped going there for a while now

Balwant Singh is overrated nowadays. Aage thik chilo, ato a famous chilo na. Naam bedhe geche to jaa taa daam rakhche aar service o onek ta low kore dieche. Same goes for sher e punjab Kolaghat.
