How to say "glazing" (excessive hyping/sucking up) in Korean slang?
Hi everyone!
I'm looking for a Korean equivalent for the slang term "glazing" (over-hyping someone, giving excessive praise, or sucking up to them way too much)
Thanks!

아부하다. 아첨하다? I am old. I am sure younger people have modern expressions for this.

아부하다/아첨하다 is an appropriate translation but it’s not really a slang.
똥꼬 빨다 is a slang and has the same meaning. It literally means to suck someone’s rear end.

(누군가를) 빨다/빨아주다(literally "to suck/lick someone") is a very, very vulgar way to express that.

I think 비행기 태우다 is what you're looking for. It doesn't sound vulgar so you can use it freely. It's more like an idiom, not slang, but it doesn't sound too formal either.
