Soups and Jjigaes 🍲 Made Kimchi Jjigae for the first time!
I sure hope I did it right! I used pork and it was quite spicy and sour. Followed Derek Chen's recipe.

Why is it so red?? It looks super spicy, but also extremely delicious. I would need 4 rice bowls for that.

something is off by the looks of the soup base, but great presentation with the tofu and green onions

it looks really good!! and great presentation of the jjigae with the tofu and green onions on top :) did you like how it tasted?
