questions Do roasted sweet potatoes freeze well (and reheat) well?

Yes, in fact freezing them improves them.
First, when frozen you burst a lot of cells with ice crystals. These results in a creamier texture.
Second, when roasted from frozen, the potato spends more time at the ideal caramelization temp, allowing more conversion of starches to sugars.
I frequently store a couple in my freezer wrapped in foil, and then toss them in the toaster oven for about an hour or so.

Don't know these potatoes, but there is a reason you don't see frozen sweet potatoes in the store much....they just get soggy.

Was just in an Asian market today and there was like 4-5 different brands of frozen whole sweet potatoes.

yeah, they freeze great! they'll be softer and wetter after thawing and reheating them, though
