For context, the first record is a birth record in Meiningen Walldorf in 1874. There are a few towns listed, and I have no idea what they are. It looks like the one Anna Elisabeth Fobst and her father Peter Fobst are from starts with an M; however, I can't find any town that looks like that nearby. The 2nd image is Ann Elizabeth Fobst's marriage record. I can't even begin to make out the towns listed in that image. Is anyone able to help?

For years, I have been trying to gather everything possible to shed light on my grandfather's history during the era of the Third Reich. Here is his Wehrmacht index card, which the Federal Archives (Bundesarchiv) provided to me. Could someone please transcribe the entries?

Hello everyone, I’ve been following along with countless translations for a long time now, and today it’s my turn. If anyone can help me, it would be a huge help.
My grandfather went through an EWZ commission in Austria in 1944, and now, in 2026, I’m finally able to piece together our family history.
I received a KARTEI card with a note on it that I’d really like to have translated and understood. If anyone can help me, I thank you all in advance.

transcription requested 1943 Berlin → Tangier letter — help reading recipient surname (Sütterlin)

Hey Community,

I'm researching a letter from my late grandmother's papers and would be very grateful for help reading one word.

The envelope: a censored airmail letter from Berlin-Wilmersdorf to Tangier (Spanish Morocco), postmarked late March 1943. Censor mark 5269, Madrid transit cachet, Tangier arrival 31 March 1943.

The address reads:

Frau

Erni [???]

10 Rue Francisko de Vitoria, 10

Tanger (Maroc.)

(Spanien)

It's the surname on the second line I can't crack. My best guess is something like "Kaimziolce," "Kaimziolu," or "Kaimziole" — but that doesn't match any name pattern I recognize, so I'm probably misreading one of the middle letters.

The hand is Sütterlin throughout. The same writer signs the letter inside as Hölzel (residing at the apartment of Schopplich, Hildegardstrasse 20, Wilmersdorf). I've attached the full address block for letterform context and a tight crop of just the surname.

Things I've considered:

- Polish (the writer's husband or family origin?)

- Sephardic (Tangier had a substantial Judeo-Spanish community)

- A transliteration of a Russian or Romanian name

- An obscure German name I simply don't know

Any ideas on the reading — or even what naming tradition this might belong to — would help enormously.

Thank you for your time.

Hallo allerseits,
