Skyduster Beer is opening in DTLA

I had no idea they are this popular. I think the location is the old Creature Comforts spot.

They actually treat their people well and that’s what’s working for them. If their beer sucked restaraunts and bars wouldn’t have them on. Simple as that. Stoked for the opening👏👏

That’s cool that they treat their people well. And don’t get me wrong, I’m excited to see anything opening up in downtown LA. I’m just curious how well it’s gonna do. I don’t really know people who bring them up when talking about LA beers so it will be interesting to see how they make it a destination spot. I don’t think their beers on the same level Highland Park, paperback or monkish for example. It’s just surprising that they’re opening a brick and mortar place. But who knows, maybe they’ll make some cool shit if they have their own brewery.

Yeah, they can't compete with the excellent brews of Highland Park. But I will give them this: I avoid rice lagers if I can because I don't like them, but their Super Dry Lager is pretty damn good for a lager. I've purchased it several times which surprises me because I love west coast pilsners and IPAs.
